It followed an incident where a BMX X5 was stolen from a residential property in Rochestown in Cork City and driven to West Cork.

Dean Heaphy (18) and Deon Stark (20) are both charged with the same offence.

Dylan Walsh, of Valeview Drive, Finglas, Dublin 11, pleaded guilty to endangerment, damaging a garda vehicle, and driving without insurance at Castleknock on May 20th, 2024.
