The 42-year-old died in hospital on Monday morning following an incident in the Wardsborough Road area of the city.

Police have appealed for information about the incident in Lisburn, Co Antrim, on Saturday.

The man was found in the early hours of Saturday.

John David Scott (36) was sentenced at Belfast Crown Court.

The Armed Response Unit eventually brought the vehicle to a stop on the M1 near Lisburn.

He is due to appear before Lisburn Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
