Following the shock news that Mary Berry has stepped down from her role in The Great British Bake Off tent, her co-judge Paul Hollywood revealed he is staying on the series when it moves from the BBC to Channel 4.
The baker, 50, said in a statement that he is “delighted” to be continuing his role on the popular series.
He is the only original star of the show to be going, as presenters Sue Perkins and Mel Giedroyc have also jumped ship.
